So as of Spring 2019, I officially graduated with my associate in information technology. I have also started a position at American Electric Power as an IT Service Desk Technician. It is exciting working for the company that I grew up with as my dad worked for AEP for a fair amount of my life.
Projects I am working on include: knowledge-base purging and updating, automating in excel the statistics of the team for sign on and sign offs, and updating Outlook templates the team sends to users with information about common issues.
Outside of work, I have been trying to stream on Twitch more frequently and have also been doing some home improvements and craft projects. Make sure to check out my Twitch account @photogrl13 and I will probably end up posting some of my artwork here on a separate section.
